Resizing, prong repair, stone tightening, and restoration are done at our own bench by third-generation diamond setters, not sent out to a third party. Tell us what you need, and we will get back to you with an estimate.
What we Repair

We never do work you haven't approved. If the job turns out to be more than we quoted, we call you first.

Usually the same day during business hours. We'll ask for a photo or two if we need one.
We arrange the handover

Once you approve, we sort out getting the piece to us. Written receipt and a photo of it the moment it changes hands.
We return it finished

Most simple work is back within a week, often a day or two. Larger jobs run longer, and you'll have a turnaround in writing with your estimate.
